I am currently retained to find a 5,000 – 6,000 sq ft house in Notting Hill.

The property should be over 4 floors, or if over more should have a lift or the ability to add one.

The client is particularly keen on the Garden Square’s however a property with its own garden would also be of interest.

The property should be in excess of 22 ft wide and can either be fully modernised or require work.
