Charlie Noel-Buxton

Property has been integral to Charlie throughout his life. He inherited his love of property from his mother and was involved in family building projects from an early age. He bought his first tired flat in London aged 19 when working in City of London and began developing. Just after the millennium having worked for 6 years in the insurance and banking industries, Charlie changed career path to focus on his passion and joined a leading property consultant and quickly became a partner.

Charlie has acted on the sales of thousands of properties in Central London, ranging from studio apartments to houses in excess of £30 million.  He has advised individual, corporate and institutional clients on asset management, leasehold reform, valuations, alterations, planning and design. Frustrated with the industry and the direction his firm was heading, Charlie left the partnership in 2012 to focus his energy on his property development business.

Charlie lives between London and Wiltshire and loves the variety and contrast of city and country life. He is happiest on his mountain bike and anything involving classic cars. For a long time, Charlie has believed that a new agency model was needed and was immediately taken when Rupert Collingwood explained his new venture over a coffee. Charlie is delighted to be able to invest in and come on board this fresh new approach to selling and letting property.
