Matthew Smith

Originally from South Africa, Matt was educated in Johannesburg and studied Interior Design before moving to London in 1997. He has been in estate agency since 2001 and is well known for his honest and frank advice and is often recommended by his clients to their friends and associates.

With an expert knowledge of London and a career spanning many prime areas, as well as many years leading teams in both sales and lettings, it is not surprising that Matt has been responsible for many noticeable transactions in the capital. He is regarded for his creative thinking and is known for his enthusiasm when matching the right clients to the best properties, often creating a deal when one didn’t seem possible.
