Pim Assen

Pim is a Dutch property entrepreneur who started off his real estate career at Foxtons in South Kensington back in 2005. In 2009 Pim founded Assen Residential London, where he represented high profile family offices and high net worth individuals with their property needs. 7 years later he diversified into prop-tech with founding Studentstay, a student accommodation marketplace with an inventory of 146 000 beds across the UK and Ireland which was shortlisted for the “innovation of the year” award 2016 & 2017 by PropertyWeek.
Outside of work, Pim is a proud family man and father of two wonderful children. As a gastronome, he enjoys spending time in exciting eateries with family and friends discussing travel experiences while cracking a few jokes. On Sunday’s you will find him on the side lines watching his children participating in sport events, having lengthy walks through the commons with the family labradoodle or watching his beloved football team Manchester United trying hard to secure another 3 points.
