Samantha Tolmie-Thomson

Samantha Tolmie-Thomson has been part of the central London estate agency community for 20 years and now has a specialist knowledge and experience that she imparts to her client base providing added value to their property needs.

Sam began her career at the well known boutique agency Aylesford International, from where she moved to Cluttons, gaining experience in both the sales and lettings departments as their top negotiator of her time. Seeing the market expanding Sam moved into the acquisition side of the business setting up Brodie Crammond, under her maiden name, which advised fee paying private clients on the purchase of prime central London residential property.  For the last ten years she has teamed up with Johnny Turnbull at Turnbull Property.

Sam has a broad knowledge of London’s property geography as well as the country and prides herself in the dedication and professionalism she delivers her clients across all price brackets, she divides her time between London and The Cotswolds so is well placed to assist with any property needs in either location.

Samantha’s other passion is cars and in her spare time she can ofter been found on the track at Castle Coombe.
