I am currently retained to look for a very attractive period country house with land, ideally in a semi rural setting, with a backdrop of open countryside. Architectural preference leans towards symmetry i.e Queen Anne / Georgian in style.
Main house should have 5-6 bedrooms with a mix of both formal entertaining space and more relaxed family accommodation. A collection of outbuildings and guest accommodation or a cottage would also be nice to have.
