Low energy passive house principles include double glazing and exquisite carpentry along with state-of-the-art water and ventilation systems. You end up with a home beautiful in its simple purity, glowing with the hues of sandstone and light timber. Outside, terraces are a natural lime-based material and gardens are abundant with low water consumption local plants, fruit and vegetables, awakening a garden of Eden around this special house.
