A House of 3500 sq ft, they have a preference for more lateral footprints, plus or minus 4 beds in turnkey condition for a couple setting up home together. They require at least a patch of garden for table & chairs and BBQ etc for entertaining.

There is no appetite for doing any work and this search is driven by the finishes and interior design.
