Location:
Will consider all of the Royal Borough and the more residential parts of Westminster.
Including the postcodes, W8, W11, W14, W2, SW3, SW5, SW7, SW10, SW1.

Property:
A House of 3500 sq ft, they have a preference for more lateral footprints, plus or minus 4 beds in turnkey condition for a couple setting up home together. They require at least a patch of garden for table & chairs and BBQ etc for entertaining.

There is no appetite for doing any work and this search is driven by the finishes and interior design.
