Trio of seasoned agents join The London Broker
Expanding high-end brokerage signs up Adam Carey, Silvina Paz & Ryan Steenfeld-Kristensen.
Luxury resi property brokerage The London Broker has added a trio of seasoned pros to its roster.
Adam Carey, Silvina Paz and Ryan Steenfeld-Kristensen have all joined the US-style operation, bringing nearly seven decades of expertise between them.
Carey, who started out in the industry some 40 years ago, spent the last 21 years as a partner alongside Matthew Kaye at well-known boutique agency Kaye and Carey. The duo announced they had taken the decision to “go their separate ways” last month, but the long-standing friends “will continue cooperating closely from new positions”. His new firm described him as “a true veteran of PCL real estate”.
Paz transitioned to property in 2012 after a career in law and banking, and went on to found boutique PCL consultancy Address Property. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and specialises in off-market transactions across areas including Kensington, Chelsea and Notting Hill.
Steenfeld-Kristensen was formerly in charge of sales at award-winning international brokerage Chas Everitt in South Africa, and has over 16 years of experience in portfolio structuring.
TLB was set up by property entrepreneur Rupert Collingwood in 2017, and is helmed by CEO Charlie Willis, previously head of London resi at Strutt & Parker. The network now includes over 40 experienced brokers, operating across PCL and beyond.
Adam Carey: “I’m thrilled to embrace the freedom of working outside a corporate structure while collaborating with some of London’s finest agents at The London Broker.”
Silvina Paz: “I chose The London Broker because of its dynamic platform and team of exceptional brokers. It’s the ideal place to deliver tailored service in an ever-changing market.”
Ryan Steenfeld-Kristensen: “Joining The London Broker felt like a natural progression. We share a vision for redefining luxury real estate through bespoke service and an adaptive approach to market trends.”
Rupert Collingwood, Founder of The London Broker: “As we close out 2024, we’re thrilled to welcome Adam, Silvina, and Ryan to our team. With their combined experience, expansive networks, and international expertise, we are poised to make 2025 an exceptional year for our clients, no matter what comes in our direction. We are hugely grateful for their trust in us as their chosen Brokerage and they each enhance further our reputation as the first choice for experienced brokers in Prime Central London.”
